Amy is a Colorado Native from Arvada. From a dual athlete in High School playing volleyball and running the 400m in track, to now an avid Crossfitter and Competitor working out 5 days a week. Over time she has tried all types of sports recovery modalities such as ART, MAT, FST, and massage therapy to aid in the aches and pains of Fitness. With Fascial Stretch Therapy being her main source for recovery she decided she wanted to spread the love of bodywork to all those around her and those who she has closely coached/trained over the years.Making this career shift from managing and running a Crossfit gym to now an FST therapist, she can continue to be part of her four daughters' lives and invest in her newly named husband, Charlie.
