What is FST?
Fascial Stretch Therapy:
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST™) is a technique designed to assist with simulating muscle stretches while focusing on releasing your fascial tissue with no pain. FST sessions can promote improved muscle health whether you are recovering from an injury or struggling with stiff joints, overtraining, poor posture, sore muscles or lack of exercise.
The goal of treatment is to improve the flexibility of your muscles and connective tissue, or fascia, by focusing on the fascial lines that wrap around your organs, nerves, and muscles.

What your session may look like

Please wear comfortable clothing, but nothing loose fitting. Fitness clothes are preferred.

If cupping please wear a sports bra, shorts, and make sure Therapist knows at beginning of session that you'd like to add this service.

The start of your session will include a brief discussion about concerns, injury, limitations. Followed by a table assessment.

Please book a Fascia Mobility Assessment ahead of your stretch session if you would prefer to utilize full amount of time for stretch session.

Your session will be custom to your specific needs based off your assessment both on the table and off.

During your Fascia table work, you will be laying face up on a luxurious heated massage table. A table strap may be utilized to strap one leg down so Therapist may isolate and work on specific Fascia lines throughout the body.

Through your session you will find that this isn't about stretching the muscles, but listening and moving through all the connective tissue of the whole body. Which leads to a Pain-Free session.
